Alright bhoys and ghirls it's FINALLY here(thank *!) the new season!

Let's have a few of your thoughts on how things are going to go for the mighty Celts this time round:

What will be our league position?

Will we win the CIS Cup?

Will we win the Scottish Cup?

Will we make the Champions League and if so how far will we get?

How far will we get in the Europa League(if we're in it)?

Who will be our Player of the year?

Which player will flop the most this year(if any, and why)?

Which young player will break through and contribute to the first team?

Here's mine........

I think we will win our title back. :icon_mrgreen:

I don't think we will win the CIS Cup.

I'm not sure about the Scottish Cup. Possible.

I'm not expecting us to reach the Champions League.

I think we'll have a good run in the Europa League. Quarter Finals.

I think Artur Boruc will be our Player of the Year. Our open style of play will mean he'll be called on to make lots of last gasp and one on one saves. He'll be up to the job. :icon_mrgreen:

Don't think any player will be a complete flop.

I think Koki Mizuno will play more games this season and contribute a bit more.

I think Naylor, O'Dea, Crosas, Flood and Sheridan will all be gone by the end of the season. Hinkel and Robson MAYBE.

I think the title is ours. I'm stupidly confident.

Will we win the CIS Cup?

I don't see why not.

Will we win the Scottish Cup?

Again, I don't see why not.

Will we make the Champions League and if so how far will we get?

Arsenal will be tough to get past, we did well to beat Moscow though.

How far will we get in the Europa League(if we're in it)?

I think we will drop into the Europa, and I think with a bit of luck we can get very far.

Who will be our Player of the year?

There's a few candidates for me. Gotta be between Maloney, N'Guemo and Brown.

Which player will flop the most this year(if any, and why)?

Fortune/Samaras. Fortune cost a lot of money and I think a lack of goals will see him deemed a flop.

Which young player will break through and contribute to the first team?

Not sure anyone will if I'm honest. Caddis if anyone.

Which player(s) will be gone before the season is over?

Could be quite a few at the end of the season. I think Mogga will change a lot of players by this time next year and bring in his own guys.

All in all I'm looking forward to what I expect to be an entertaining season.

Group stages, 3rd place, Europa league after.

Last 16.

Landry N'Guemo.

Which player will flop the most this year(if any, and why)?

No-one will flop, but scapegoats will be slated, that's for sure.

Which young player will break through and contribute to the first team?

Mizuno, Thompson and McCourt.

Which player(s) will be gone before the season is over?

Naylor, hopefully.

 

We will canter the treble or at least the league and cup double

Not sure about Europe dont think its a priority this season here hoping we do well though!

Fortune will be fine im sure he'll chip in with the important goals, at least he keeps the ball up not had a centre forward who could do this since Sir Christopher Sutton or BBJ!

Plus Broonie, Maloney and Aidenho will benefit goals wise with the big man setting them up or bringing them into play.

 

We will fail at all attempts, our first team squad will be ripped apart at the seams, brown will contact Fifa in regards to mistreatmet, his contract will be dissolved and he'll sign for rangers who will win the treble and make the last eight of the cl.
Out league position will be third bottom an we won't recieve a new sponsor deal from any major outlet, we'll be forced to agree a sponsorship deal with mcghee's bakers and Nike will pull out of the forthcoming strip deal leaving us to acquire diadora to make our strips.
Due to a sudden lack of income and the board refusing to shell out any more money will see a revolt from the fans. The board walks out leaving the club in the hands of the support, who will be unable to bring in a new board, by the start of next season we'll have entered administration, we will pull out of next years league before a ball is kicked and will enter the third division the following season with a 15 point reduction.
From here we will endure over ten years of misery before finally in 2023 we finally reach the spl again.

 

What will be our league position?

First, we will win by 5+ points!

Will we win the CIS Cup?

No, we will slip up due to not giving a *. Hearts will win it.

Will we win the Scottish Cup?

Yes, beat huns in the final I hope.

Will we make the Champions League and if so how far will we get?

No, Arsenal are too strong at home.

How far will we get in the Europa League(if we're in it)?

A good run, maybe final, if we really gel together as a team and see who arrives in january.

Who will be our Player of the year?
Scott Brown or Artur Boruc. Possibly N'Guemo.

Which player will flop the most this year(if any, and why)?

Naylor will flop and be replaced by Fox early on. Think he could be effective of the bench though.

Which young player will break through and contribute to the first team?

I hope Ben Hutchinson.

Which player(s) will be gone before the season is over?

Possibly Naylor, McGowan, Robson, O'Dea. But definatly Flood.

I Think We Will Reclaim Our Title Back. All The Players Have come out since and said we threw it away. I Don't Think Mowbrey will let it happen a 2nd time

All depends on the result at Celtic Park. If we can get 2 or 3 goals without reply we are in the driving seat. 3rd place we'll go out in the group stages
