    Hearts owner Vladimir Romanov has called for the New Year's Day game against Celtic at Tynecastle to be replayed after defender Takis Fyssas had the red card he received in that match rescinded.

    And the Lithuanian businessman is also looking for his side's Premier League matches against Hibernian and Rangers to be staged again after claiming his team were "beaten up" during the games, both of which ended in defeat.

    With Hearts leading 2-1 against Celtic and 14 minutes of the match remaining, Greek defender Fyssas was sent off by referee Iain Brines for a professional foul on Shaun Maloney, a controversial decision which the Gorgie club blamed for their eventual 3-2 defeat.

    An angry Romanov told the Daily Record: "If we're after a fair game in Scotland I insist on a replay of the match against Celtic, but it is not the only game that should be replayed again.

    "The authorities should look at two others where I believe my team has not been treated fairly. My players have been beaten up.

    "I didn't expect this kind of thing in Scotland. I have been through it in Lithuania but in Scotland you expect fair and proper football - instead things are even more primitive in Scotland."

    Everyone's got a weakness and Romanov's are silly thoughtless comments and his stupid Ego, it actualy makes all his financial assets useless because he'll always undo any good work he could offer a club with his foolish gob, hence the way he critisised Hearts best manager in History Burley and he left because of it.

    Romanovs a moany *, he should learn to take defeat whether he believes it was fair or not. Asking for a replay just makes him sound stupid as it obviously wont happen. He should concentrate more on his own team instead of making silly requests to the SFA.

    Romanov is a *. i suppose after we replay hearts we'll start to replay every game in history with dodgy decisions in it. What a *! Hope Hearts collapse into third. Arseholes!
