I agree with pretty much everything you've just said and I hope you're right about Brown because he's been very poor this season.

Can't believe the amount of people saying Boruc. Especially after almost my entire Celtic-fan career post-Bonner of watching * to average keeper disappoint and disappoint me again. I never want a * keeper again!

They are the most difficult positions to fill by far imo. Look at Ferguson at United who despite being the richest club in the world over that period couldn't replace Schmeichal at all.

In Boruc's case it's you don't know what you've got until it's gone. Brown is an also-ran in my eyes. McGeady is our most attacking outlet and therefore would be MAD to sell him.

definitely brown if we can get a good price. destroyer midfielders are a dime a dozen. aiden pushes us forward every time he gets the ball and class keepers like artur are hard to come by especially on our budget.

we need a goal scoring center mid, brown just comes close but doesn't ever seem to get a tally started. crosas - n'guemo seems to be working now anyway

Well I voted Broonie t go- Both Aiden and Artur can do inspirational things and they have CELTIC in their hearts! Scott Brown as much as I have wanted him to succeed at Celtic Park ie 10 to 15 goals a season midfielder, just is not going to do it for us.

The way McGeady's playing currently, he should be last to go

The way Brown has played in the last 3 years, a few games aside and despite his personal losses, he should go. He would be my choice.

Would not be surprised to see Boruc go. For the dough. Tho', as a keeper, he's got at least as much mileage in him as the other two - if he keeps off the pies

For those who voted The Holy Goalie then quite frankly you's are off yer heid, especially the lad who suggested we buy Jamie * Langfield. The guy is one of the few players with passion that is in this current team and he is our only world class player. Why we would want to sell our best goalkeeper in years and one of our best ever is beyond me. Oh wait, we have Zaluska

McGeady had a poor last season but imo Strachan played a major part in that for being such a stubborn rat who held a grudge against Aiden. This was obvious to me when he dropped Aiden for Maloney at Ibrox when Maloney had been injured (as per usual) for a few months. However Aiden is getting back to his best this season and he is proving his critics wrong. He is our best outfield player, no doubt about it.

Brown would be my choice as he is so over-rated and would bring in an inflated fee if sold. I just do not rate him, he cannae even pass a ball ffs !!

Yeah he's been * for ages. He was only voted Player of the Year by his fellow professionals last season.

What the * is wrong with people that they can't remember further back than 6 months. :31:

Wait a second, people saying its time for boruc to go ? I'm pretty certain 99% of this board were jumping about saying hes back to his old self in terms of form. Get a grip.

    McGeady > Brown.

One word, assists. Brown can run around and all he wants Aiden does more than him for the team, i just think its because British people have a fascination with players who have a hard-man image and will run and run and put in the hard tackles. Where as else where they appreciate the players who can do brilliance with the ball and make stuff happen.

    I voted Brown.

He can't pass or shoot which is sort of important for a central midfield player!

Boruc would be the easiest to replace and Aiden at times has NO end product.

I would sell any of the 3 along with someone like Maloney or McDonald to generate funds!

Would you not consider 6 months a long time to be playing *?

You have to remember that SPL players only get a shortlist of 3-4 people to vote for player of the year and it wasn't exactly a vintage SPL season last year.

For the record, I thought Brown was * 1st season, average last season and the worst yet this season.

Pig in a poke .. sell! :bbpd:
