taken from bbc sportCzech Republic Under-21 midfielder Lubos Husek claims a shoulder injury may have damaged hopes of a possible move to Celtic.
The Jablonec youngster is expected to be sidelined until the end of January.

And he told the Scottish Daily Express: "I know of the interest from Celtic, but I don't know what will happen now I have picked up this injury.

"I am hoping I will get the chance to go across to Scotland at some point when I am back to full fitness."

do any of you bhoys know anything about this lad i think we've enough midfielders unless gs is planning to ship a few out in january

CELTIC are on the trail of Czech Republic starlet Lubos Husek. Related Topics

Express Sport understands that the SPL league leaders sent a representative to watch the 21-year-old play in the 1-0 Under-21 play-off friendly defeat against Germany on Tuesday night.
The Jablonec midfielder is already starting to attract the attention of several big clubs and that has alerted Celtic's new head scout Ray Clarke.
Husek is seen as one of the best young talents coming through in the Czech Republic and the Hoops will have to move quickly to avoid being priced out of the market.
The young midfield anchorman – a possible long-term replacement for club captain Neil Lennon – is currently valued at around £600,000.
But the final decision on any move will be left with manager Gordon Strachan, who will be guided by Clarke and his scouting network.
The Hoops boss is looking to strengthen his squad and bring in a full-back and holding midfielder in the January transfer window.

Word on the grapevine is that this story is complete rubbish, a writer from the Daily Express who has a knack of reporting false transfer rumours heard that Ray Clarke was present at an Czech Republic under 21 game when he has basically been scouting across Europe non-stop anyway and could easily be linked with dozens of players and somehow this writer picked Husek's name out because Strachan is apparently looking for a long-term replacement for Neil Lennon and this writer put two and two together and came up with some wild inaccurate figure it seems.

Funny how the Daily Express have been reporting it and nobody else has though eh?

I think this will be Lennon's last season. It would be fitting for him to win the treble as captain before he goes.
