You're pre-judging Keane. Let's wait and see. Celtic could be playing 'hard-ball' with his emotional link with Celtic, equally possible that he could be humiliated out of not considering Celtic. I'll wait and see before passing judgement on the Keane-Celtic outcome - I hope is agent doesn't * it up. BTW, Keane is already GREAT, a Celtic-Huns match won't change that.
I agree about Petrov, but my guess is that Petrov himself may want to move and maybe money won't keep him. :86:

People here think making Petrov's decision to stay at Celtic about the money he should get which is ironic

If as he claims he is a Celtic supporter, why is he prostituting himself with about every f**king club who expresses an interest. I would tell him to f**k off.

There is no doubt that he is a Celtic Supporter. He probably considering his options with his wife and children. They are his priority, soccer would be a distant second to him

OK; so do we want uncommitted and probably troublesome players like Kean?

I think "Football being a distant second" (I hate to use the word soccer)
sort of means uncommitted don't you m8. No offence intended!!!

    No offence taken :celt_2:

I think most footballers with family would give priority to their family's happiness. Crespo tried to play in England two season's ago with his family back in Milan, see how it affected his form, put on loan to AC Milan the season after and he was on fire.

Have to disagree with you there mate, the simple fact is any true Celtic fan with Keane's talent would have given us the best years of his career. No ifs or buts, Keane didnt. He's a moneygrabbing * as far as I'm concerned.

MAy well be true and Im not doubting Keane's ability, I just cant stand the way he claims he's a lifelong bhoy even though he's only prepared to come to us now that he's on the dole.

Some Celtic fan eh ? No really bothered tbh, he's too injury prone, too old and we don't need him, would rather have Hartley or Mendes imo.

Money bhoys always the same with players Money talks,Keanes meant to be getting 80,000 grand a week till the end of there season not bad for a 34-year-old looks like the only way he will be joining Celtic is through being a Member of the Celtic View or World-Huddle:56:

Thank *, I was missing intellectual and intelligent conversation from our knuckle dragging bigoted sons of Satan!!!

As for Keane, would you drop Lennon to accomodate him? Lennon has been outstanding this season, perhaps Keane was worried about getting a game at Celtic, besides, Real need him more than we do, can't believe he's getting £ 80,000 a week!!!
