    Was watching him yesterday in the re-run of the Dortmund game and he looked decent if a wee bit lanky and awkward.

    Was thinking at the time how he'd maybe do for us. Getting too used to us being linked with these sort of guys.

    Played quite well against Chelsea last season if this is the guy I'm thinking about.

    Don't want more loans right now. I'm fine with one every season though from Man City (should we continue to work with them). Denayer was great, Roberts is easily our best player. Guidetti was fantastic until his ego and attitude got in the way.

    They have very talented young players who would do well here.

    Think overall he was a success. Had his hot and cold moments, but I've always reckoned most fans appreciate what he offered. He was never allowed the space to play his game in Scotland, but in Europe teams don't park the bus as much and hence we saw the best of him.

    But aye, did wonder of another man city link was due, but half figured the Roberts deal would be it.
    Still due at least one more loan, so maybe this will be it.

    Give them £1-2 million and put in a buy back clause of £10 million for him. Out of contract in 12 months.

    I've only seen him once, against Chelsea in the cup at the Bridge last year. Did ok in the first half, they went on to lose 5-1 in the second though lol. But he's 6'5 so that makes me think more of a Boyata.

    If you have Sky download the replays of City's friendly against Dortmund. 25 min highlights and he plays most of it, see glimpses of him.

    He is awkward and gangly looking but looks fast and strong in the air. Played a cracking 40 or 50 yard ball at one point as well. Captain at his age group.
