  1. in the sun it says celtic are interested in liedson he is free at end of season to me this would be a great bit of buisness he has always reminded me of larsson i wud like to know wat anybody else thinks still dnt beleive we will get him though but stranger things have happened

  3. for nothing as well id say we have a gd shout on capturing him it wouldnt be a big change for him seeing as our strips are similiar he was going to sign for sevilla last season for a whopping 13 mill which kind of puts a bit of doubt in ma mind that he wud come

  7. Would be brilliant if we got him but knowing the priemership with their money they will likely come in for about a £20 million bid ... :rolleyes:

    Honestly though it would be a pleasure doing business ith them if we got him, heard good things about him :50:

  8. Yeah seen him on numerous occassions, he would romp the spl no problem, has geat ability, good pace and is a good finisher. Would be a great signing on a bosman although i really doubt he would come to us.

    paper or agent talk to engineer a big money move elsewhere. Would be a very decent move though.

  11. over rated i think, never done it any time i've seen him and the portuguese league aint that good i don't think - a la the bayern result vs sporting tonight, when they drew at pittodrie haha

  16. Isn't this the guy who before he played Rangers said he was using the game to spark a move away? I could be wrong..

    He was rank rotten than night. Although I have seen him since and he's been OK. Interesting.. but nothing more.

    After last summer and January, I wont believe and ounce of these rumours until I see them in a Celtic shirt.

  18. I'm sure he failed his medical at Sevilla last season and that's why his big money transfer fell through. Something to do with a dodgy knee. If that's the case i wouldn't want to see him here drawing wages for sitting on the bench when the money could be better utilised.

  20. * no chance of joining our club waste of a post, infact a will give the thread starter my months wages if he joins us!!! for 1 we dont have his wages, and he wouldnt come to the spl either when epl teams will be gagging for him, he currently earns 110,000 euros a month in portugal and will be looking at a premiership move considering there will be clubs jumping for his signature and are willing to give him at least £50 grand a week!!!

    Another thing he is far 2 good for us, we would strugglle to pay a mere 2 million for him before the last 3 months of his contract runs out!!!! Cl wont sway this guy money will, he is sporting lisbons all time goal scorer and wont struggle to find a club, he has pace to destroy any defence out there and was worth a fortune when he signed his last contract.

    I would love to sign a player of his quality but i think i probly have got a better chance a winning the lottery before a see a guy of his brilliance at our club:50:

    We just dont have the money to compete, SIMPLE
