I said this about Sanogo and to do a number on someone elses joke on the same thread, this should be a no-go too. We need to be looking at proven goal scorers. If Neil insists on looking for a big target man, I reckon he needs to be fairly mobile who have a knack for scoring.

I'd still like to see a wee speedy guy coming in though. I know it's not the best example because of his composure, but we had Camara one year, and he had loads of pace to burn, and I think someone like that would also be ideal alongside Hooper.

I don't think we're as bad some make out, to be honest. I agree that we are always shopping for bargains in the window these days and very rarely move for older/more experienced players, but I reckon that if Lenny really wanted a player who he felt could bring that extra quality to the team, but was out of our price range, the board would cough up.
