I wont miss him one bit. Glad he is going. I never rated him and he never ever won me over. Of course he had a few good games but they were far and few between. Best of luck to him where ever he ends up.
On a side issue, why was Lennon playing him the last few weeks knowing he is off. If I was a youngster trying to get in the team. This would really * me off. Very bad management in my opinion.

 

I hope he gets a decent reception tomorrow. It's definitely time for him to go and he's a terribly frustrating player but you can't deny that he's put the effort in over the years.

 

Its Sammy's farewell tomorrow can we all please give him a good send off, he has given us some really good memories over the years. I know he has been frustrating at times but the big guy has been a great professional for us and has never had a bad word to say about Celtic or Glasgow, in fact he has often commented about how much he loves Celtic and enjoys life in Glasgow. However every player has a shelf life and Sammy has decided to move on, that's fair enough.

A few renditions of "Ooh ah Samaras" and whatever else will go down well.

Emotional couple of days for the big yin.

 

He will probably get jammed in it like a newborn Lamb :icon_mrgreen:

On his day he was class.

His day didn't happen often enough.

I still don't doubt the guy did his best. Often he tried to do too much.

I wish him all the best and hope he finds a good club to go to.

People like you should be thrown out the door long before players who have given their best for the club. He could be frustrating yes but he also gave us all some great memories, your comments are just plain ignorant.
