duff rumour?

has anybody herd the rumour that supposedly celtic are swapping mcgeady with duff plus cash!!!! remember this is a rumour that i heardnot sure ma self

 

say duff's name is being thrown about because he was at the last old firm, doubt he would come, dont get me wrong would love to see him play for the hoops but cant see it

 

maybe a couple years ago...

 

my mates a newcastle fan and he seems pretty sure mcgeadys off to st james's but i cant see why the * he would leave us to play for a team that havent won * post war, and we be fininshing mid table with no uefa place for the forseeable future?

 

Duff has looked average when stuck out on the wing. He was good up front with Keane many years back. I think we could do better and take the cash if the price is right.

 

Never in a month of * Sundays is McGeady going to Newcastle. It's just the usual Premiership attitude; we want that player, so we'll take him and there's nothing you can do about it. Duff is no use any more. Why would we trade McGeady for an older, lesser version of what we already have? Tell your Geordie mate to keep dreaming.

 

damian duff and £12 million would be the only offer i'd listen too. duffer has lost it and aidens gonna be here a few more seasons before going to la liga rather than a mid table english team

Duff hasnt been performing in the premiership for about 3 seasons - He hasnt got the pace anymore, his touch is shocking, hasnt had a standout performance for seasons and very rarely gets a cross in. When was the last time you heard about duff winning a game for Newcy or even setting up a goal? He looks overweight, slow and old.

A step backwards if we let Geads go for that turnip!

 

TBH I would have took the Duff from Blackburn or the Duff that wasn't getting a game at Chelsea. He's no standout now.
