On sky sports news it came up in the spl box at the bottom that sky sources have been told that Celtic have asked Kilmarknock to be kept informed of the situation regarding Sammon

Personally, i'd take him in an instant ahead of Murphy and at times Samaras

 

Please, please no. I think he's total * who just happens to be going through a purple patch at the minute. I dont rate him all!!!!

 

i'd be happy with him as a squad player and punt murphy.

 

He is better than murphy, and would only cost around 500,000 and would add competition up front. What's not to like?

 

Cheap option and on top form at the minute rather have him than Murphy.

 

Definitely take him ahead of Murphy I agree, but he's not proved himself for long enough to be at the Hoops yet. We've seen it all before with the likes of Riordan etc.

 

He would be a brilliant signing just now. He is an extremely good player when played up top on his own so could do what samaras done against the huns. He causes the huns all sorts of problems when killie have played them and he is a physical presence with pace.

Murphy could only dream of playing the way he is right now so dont know why murphy is even being mentioned.

 

Sammon is not good enough to wear the hoops imo.
