  1. Hey guys, I know I never seem to have any positive stories but I'm feeling pretty rough at the moment.

Last week I asked a girl I worked with out and her reply was 'I'm kinda seeing someone but I would have liked to.'

I was ok with that but tonight she was on a night out in the bar we work at with the guy shes been seeing. However she seemed to ditch him and pulled one of my colleagues.

I'm man enough to handle being knocked back but I just feel like I've been seriously lied to and it's hurt my feelings.

Any advice on how I should handle this when I'm next working with her because it's not as if I can just ignore her?

Mate I'd just let it go, just be your normal self. She's obviously not worth it

  9. Whatever you do, always remain professional and polite. Your job is much more important.

Just noticed you not only live in Stirling, but work in a bar as well. How many bars are there in Stirling? Anyone remembers the one Gary went to?

Sounds like she lied to you in the first place to avoid hurting your feelings.

  14. Could be worse pal, she could've said yeah, then ditched you for another work college, which she had done there. If she's to be believed that is. Gutted for you pal, but as people have said, there's plenty more. At least she didn't walk all over you.

  15. G...Gary?

  18. So says she's seeing another guy, goes out (probably didn't like the guy after a few dates), goes on a work night out and pulls some guy?
I have to say, and what? She's not committed to anyone, might have had a few drinks and pulls a bloke. It happens.
As I say, the guy she was seeing it might not have worked out for whatever reason. Doesn't mean she can't kiss another guy on a night out. That's what happens on nights out.

Wouldn't put me off asking her out again. After all you said she was seeing another guy. By the looks of it now she's not so ask her out and if she says no again then you know where you stand.

On a serious note. Don't get too hung up on her or take it to heart. Everyone has different taste's. Your probably not her type. For instance, I fancy red heads with glasses, hairy upper lips and acne whereas you probably like slim, blondes or brunettes with clear skin and 20/20 vision.
