As long as he runs our club well and does the right things by Celtic I'm happy.

We accept players who we all know are huns as long as they give their all to the cause yet we cant accept a board member due to politics?

Maybe he had a confidentiality agreement with the company? The PLC has many trade secrets and confidentiality agreements with personnel at Celtic. Other companies are no different.

Reid has since declared his relationship with Desmond and retrospectively, he had nothing to hide, nothing bad was going on so its a storm in a teacup you are trying to make.

 

Its not the fact that he is an ex-politician. Its what he campaigned and stood up for that is my problem.

Also, a player is different. A player is not at the forefront of the running of our club.

 

As Dempsey said, there may have been contractual reasons why he couldn't speak about it.

Strachan didnt reveal the extend of the damage to moral that Tommy Burn's cancer fight was having on the team, and Brown's sister's terminal cancer was having on him, he never used it as an excuse, never. Not saying anything was the best thing to do and take the huge drop of form on the chin, even though he could have explained it rationally to everyone. He lied to you, do you want him out?

You dont have all the facts to why Reid denied the relationship with Desmond, neither do I but you've jumped to a completely negetive conclusion. I looked at the legality of his dealings and there wasnt any issues so I have no reason to doubt what he has said about the relationship.

You have an alternative agenda and you are looking for any type of excuse for a reason to sling mud.

 

In my opinion I can only judge him on what he has done since his appointment at our club ad as of yet I think he is dong a grand job so

well thats certainly not the way i like to come across but its an internet forum if thats the way people see me then so be it im sure ill still sleep at night. if people start having a pop at me for a genuine poll well im going to defend myself.

And if thats the only input you have to the thread then youd be best off not switching on your computer, that comments makes you come across as a right *.

 

all I was doing was a poll, which i havent seen a thread on so its certainly not done to death. This is a forum and I want to know how the people of it feel about the Chairman of the club they support.
