Who do you believe is Celtics most valuable player

In monetary terms, it has to be either Nakamura or Boruc. Two guys who have significantly contributed to us reaching the last 16 in consecutive seasons.

 

Depends what you mean by valuable? Where it's the money we'd actully get for the player or their importance to the team.

In terms of transfer fees i think Boruc would gain us the most money, but from an on the field point of view for me it's a toss up between Caldwell, Boruc and McManus. When one of them is missing the team look at lot less assured, and i agree with Strachan if they were both sold the money would need to pay to bring in equal quality replacments would be huge, more than we've got any way.

 

Scott Brown.

 

I voted for Artur but i would give honourable mentions to both Caldwell, for the improvement he's made recently, and McGeady cos on his day he is frighteningly talented

 

Would have voted Naka any other time (he still is my favourite player overall) but Brown is coming into his own now. His time has come

The nakaholics get us so much money it must be unbelievable. If a team wants to buy Naka, they'll want to buy his image rights as well (which Celtic own)

 

I voted for Scott Brown.. givin his great form at the moment i think he is realy startin to show his worth and hopefully he will keep it up.

 

weird vote for me for so far this season. Big McManus... there were too many people for me to choose on the attacking end but our defense has been pretty good so far if u ask me.

 

The only real Celtic icon we've had since Henke. He'll be an enormous miss for the next few weeks.

Tough one, there's a few I think are 'in'valuable to Celtic this season; McGeady, Maloney, Boruc & McDonald. Or are we talking about value in a monetary sense?

Boruc the only player in the Celtic team who is simply undroppable.

 

He's maybe using the green/black skin, it doesn't show up on that.

 

I went for Aiden McGeady. I think he is the most exciting talent Celtic have produced since Paul Mcstay. His only downfall is his shooting, which I think can get better "GET YER FOOT THROUGH THE BALL AIDEN !! "

After todays news of Arturs reccurent knee problem, I think his value may have gone down a bit.
