City have already said they won’t be recalling him

He’s here until the end of the season

There's two other parts to that though. Celtic and the player, if both think the best thing to do is part ways then he'll back to City and probably then to find another loan move.

Nah he’ll be here until the end of the season

Unless we bring a new defender in during the January window

The other thing is what did we say to city to bring this boy in ?

Id imagine we said the boy would be used, would be in the European squads, but man city will be looking on at our non use of him and saying you'll not be getting any more of our young players, and it's not good to be burning bridges with them as we've had decent players from them in the past

CCV basically out for the season and Murray is not ready.

We can't afford to be letting him go back. Give him a chance.

Murray had a shocker, but shouldn't be totally written off.. mental Rodgers played him and Donovan really.. poor management.. still, would like to see him again.

I'd rather see what JSP has to show now though tbh. Even if he's not our player if he's better than what we have currently then play him.

I'm just not convinced with Murray.

Not being injured and being better than Ralston is today's objectives.

It was sabotage wasnt it he'd been at it since the season started, I wanted to give him the benefit off the doubt

Remember first time round he played a young Ralston at right back against PSG.

But also you look at our youths and think what's the point, hardly any break through other clubs in Scotland have kids breaking through how they gonna learn if they don't get a kind regular chance at first team action

Looks a bit sluggish to me tbh, but he's not played prior and he's a CB, not a RB, so hard to be critical.

Looks strong and confident. Probably a bit rusty but hopefully gets more game time to shake it off. Encouraging.

He grew into the game well. Times his interceptions well, solid in the air and tidy going forward. Hard to judge any fullback with Maeda infront of them as he's not the best to link up with, in an attacking sense. Seems more like he'll be more useful putting balls in from deep than overlapping

Hard to judge because he’s not a RB.
