Still think Marco Rose is better than both but seems to be zero interest in him from us

Clement would have done well at us imo.. difficult to judge him on that basketcase.

If Wales don't make it to the WC, that may work

I do get that many people have said he is a incredibly smart guy with huge football knowledge and that he have been great to the players in the Wales team, but that sounds exactly like MON to me? lol

But MON have a insane amount of experience. I just can't see what he have done to even be in the conversation for the job but i will back him if he gets it.

Bellamy may well be decent but it’s one thing going in and managing a team like wales where he’s got 2 games every 2 or 3 months and coming here where it’s 2 games a week and the expectation is that we win every time and anything less is a disaster. He’s clearly switched on and realises he has a good thing going there and tbh I don’t think he’s ready for it yet either.

Hayen doesn’t sound like a guy who has no interest in coming here (I’m still not quite getting too excited about him yet) so it’s now on the board to go and see what the story is because either him or Knutsen are the outstanding candidates at the moment.

He is probably a better option than Hayen but not sure I'd have him over Knutsen.

He's also not a 'candidate' so didn't mention him there as you say. Not really been mentioned.

Outside of the big 3 in Netherlands the clubs are not big payers, I'd be surprised if many if any of the others would be able to offer more than Brugge. Germany and France would be possible steps, but again a lot of the teams won't pay that much. Maybe being able to do it at a second club, and we are one where it is easier to get a level of success, would help him get one of the bigger jobs.

Been following Bellamy's managerial career since start, and whilst its not yet clear how good a manager he is just yet, he seems to be a truly stand up guy as a person.

Always empathetic, sensible and with a great perspective on life, priorities and his players.
Reminds me a lot of Klopp.

If he can translate all of that into his managerial career he'll do just brilliantly - even if it's not with us (for now!)

No manager with any type of ambition is coming here

if Maloney shows a proficiency of getting a tune out of the likes of Kenny, osmand, yamada, Engels etc he could get the job with a kind of smoke and mirrors handing over the reigns from O'Neill..

Dunno, I'd like to think that any Celtic quality manager would be capable of getting a top tier squad up for beating Queen's Park at home!

We're we in for Van Bommel? Seen an article that he apparently knocked us back

I don't think we were, nobody wants Van Bommell. Just seems to be attention seeking.

When we played Bodo, they were far more willing to go for counterattacks than we ever were under Rodgers.

YouTube has just recommended a video to me (by a channel I hadn't heard of called *The Warmup") with a thumbnail saying, *Celtic should break the bank for Klopp." I get that YouTube is all about clickbait these days and so often has some dumb takes, but that's up there with anything I've ever seen.

Folk thought that when we went for Rodgers the first time too... :celt_2:

But yeah, that's a pretty unlikely and stupid link...

Like to think we have someone in by the AGM on the 21st. Huns already had 3 knock backs at this stage. :67:
