We either let BR waste more money or we make signings without his input, which means he won't play them. Got disaster written all over it.

Massive changes needed for next season. Let's see if we can make good progress starting in January.

We have at least Daizen leaving is then and maybe more.

Depends how Hearts are getting on

Either way it will be low risk with Brendan leaving 5 months later. So it will be a couple of loans, but if Hearts are top id expect two loans of higher output. Should we be in front and looking like the wheels are off Hearts, id expect club signings/uninspired loans.

Again other clubs are the yardsticks and not continious improvement

Yeah we gave him loads over the summer. Made a £50M net profit since he returned.

I'm not so sure. This board don't think there's a problem in the first place and there is no desire from them whatsoever to make Celtic FC the best it can be, on the pitch or off. Apart from anything these guys couldn't get the summer window right, despite every fan knowing what was required and all the time they had to prepare and get deals done, so how are they gonna get it right in January with less time to prepare and less time to do deals? Bringing guys in purely because Hearts are out front come the winter window smacks of desperation, not long-term, thoughtful planning.

Rodgers doesn't bring players to the club. He'll give his opinion and tell them his preferred targets but it's certainly not all down to him.

Rogers might not even be here in 2 weeks time as he loses to hearts and if he loses to this pish sevco team in the semi don't think he survives this.

Unfortunately that's how I see it as well. Even if we bring in a RW and striker that we badly need unless it's ones he specifically wants he'll just make them vanish without trace. And they won't sanction spending money on ones he wants as he won't be here long.

However you look at it it's shaping up to be another * show.

Trusty, Engels, Bernardo, Balikwisha. He bought them £26 million doesn’t start any of them. Idah £9 million, dreadful. £35 million pounds in total. The board are scum, Celtic should be spending big , but he doesn’t trust his own big money signings. So why give him more? He’s gone soon ,Ideally he’s sacked and a new manager comes in who can be backed financially

A pair of signigns from the J League who most Japanese commentators were surprised we were going for. He didn't play Kwon or Marco Tilio either.

You can't simply label any signing over £5M as Brendan's signings and then chalk up the cheaper ones to the club. Its nonsense. We've already recouped most of what we paid for Idah, and didn't even replace him. Sold O'Riley for a record transfer after he developed further under Brendan. Sold Kuhn for a massive profit after he also improved in Brendan's system. Engels could be sold in January and we'd get what we paid for him back. There is not one player you mentioned there that we've been negatively impacted by signing. When we gave Brendan a 3 year deal he should be backed for 3 years. The fact we have record amounts of cash sitting in the bank and have paid out £12M in TAX this summer and you're on here moaning about £5M and £6M signings to me makes absolutely no sense at all. We have turned a profit on transfers in every window Brendan has been here.

No one is disagreeing with you we rake in the cash and spend a fraction of it, it’s a * scandal.Rodgers has bought utter * though. So are you saying a chunk of this isn’t Brendan’s fault? The football is awful less points and goals at this stage than the Covid season. One goal more than Livingston. You happy with that? Playing Yang, Ralston and Scales when we know they are crap. Get the guy to *.

Our club has been at the helm of signing * long before Rodgers. Our recruitment team is unfit for purpose, if when Rodgers goes we have a new manager relying on that in its current form it would be even worse.

And what exactly does that have to do with him not playing players that are brought in he didn't want?

Add Pusey and Osmond to the list so we have 4 players don't even see the bench never mind getting into the team
