We could only imagine having a working team of 15 staff for the role of recruitment overall.

Think we would do well to have 6 and that's including MN, CM, PT - 3 scouts is being utterly * generous, I genuinely don't think we have 3 employed by the club.

Unfortunately our club is run by people who's main objective is to make money while the footballing side of it has been neglected for years. If clubs like Betis can do it (along with a lot of other clubs in Europe) then our club can at least look into trying to do it

    Agreed. Annual waffle house luncheon.

Filled to brim with yes men, where the questions are either moot or predesignated to yield answers that can adequately result in back patting bullshit.

I think the AGM is where the fan groups can hit them hard. Picket the * thing. Block doors and entrances. Surround the place en masse to the point that Lawell , Desmond Jr and co have to abandon the enterprise all together because they cant get their chauffeured cars near the * entrance. When they reschedule, rinse and repeat.

A filibuster of sorts. They cant vote themselves back in if theres no * vote.

If only Michael Nicholson didn't have the rich kid private school upbringing that prevents him from feeling the unbearable shame that is shrugging your shoulders at the support and having this be the following result.

Needs to get nasty now, it’s deserved.

I don’t care about the impact it has on players, they have zero fight and desire and they’re part of the problem.

I also don’t care about the outcome of this season. If winning nothing results in meaningful change then that’s a win for me.

Short term pain for long term gain.

The collective need to escalate the efforts now. Further action is required in addition to the Not Another Penny campaign.

Struggling to comprehend how we get out of this mess and save the season.

Rodgers needs to go but so does the people he reports to.

But we can’t get rid of them all at once - even though we’d like to.

If he continues until the end of the season, things won’t get better. Him and the players know he’s away so naturally the morale and motivation is low. CCV, Maeda, Hatate all ready for a new challenge and have one eye on the door out as well. The same way Ajer, Eddy etc wanted away during Covid season.

This season looks like it’s just going to be running down the clock until Rodgers contract is up and board members will be (rightly) forced to step down at the end of the season, assuming the collective’s protests ramp up and pile the pressure on.

What a dire situation. How anyone can still back the board when their mismanagement and incompetence has resulted in this mess is beyond me.

The apathy and detachment a lot of fans feel at the moment is no surprise to me. We seen this coming.

I don't think there's apathy tbh.. we're finally organised as fan group with the Collective..

And its early days in terms of action

Protests outside CP prior to KO. Tens of thousands of fans don’t express their feelings for them inside CP because they sit in sections that don’t mutter a word for 90 minutes. Show the board it’s not just GB and Bhoys that want them out - it’s a majority.

Strum Graz game or next EL home game should be a boycott as well. I’ve already cancelled my HCTS as have many others - the groups alongside any other fans who now regret their decision to stay on it need to stay away and let the silence speak volumes.

For me the Collective is all the fans, its taken from all aspects of the support.. the best chance of achieving a result through action is to stay united..
