Could well be the lineup if Trusty is fit.

Bit of rotation but not too much.
Need the big win if we can and get players buzzing/match sharp again.

    Engels, Bernardo, hatate
    Forrest, iheanacho, tounekti

Looking a bit better depth wise now, barring the right side. Would like to see Tounekti on the right at some point just to see if it's an option, but got to start him left after that showing today.

Donovan wasn't great today but not a disaster either, want to see him get a run (as if we have a choice). We've plenty of talent there we just need to start flowing better and playing the ball quicker and neater.

Think it's important Balikwisha starts, try and get up and running after two poor run outs.

Perfect team. Tounekti needs to stay in the team to breed confidence, Iheanacho needs 60 minutes ahead of Europe, and obviously the midfield could do with a refresh.

For me option 2 would be preferred. So much wrong with this summers window that loan signing of JSP goes under the radar to an extent.

    Balikwisha

Would swap the 2 wingers. Tounekti looks like he could comfortably play either side. Balikwisha is struggling a bit so play him his natural side to try help settle him in

    Officials confirmed for this weekend

The match officials for Celtic's Premier Sports Cup quarter-final against Partick Thistle at Firhill have been confirmed.

Kevin Clancy will act as the man in the middle on Sunday afternoon, as Brendan Rodgers' side will look to make strides to retain the trophy they won against Rangers last December at Hampden. The experienced 41-year-old referee will be assisted by Ross Macleod and David Dunne on either touchline.

Clancy has already taken charge of one Celtic game this season, as he officiated the club's comfortable 3-0 win over Livingston last month in the Scottish Premiership. In the previous campaign, he refereed five games involving the champions, including matches against Ross County, Dundee United and Hearts in the league, as well as Hibernian and Aberdeen in the League Cup, respectively.

to Scottish Championship sides not having VAR, the technology will not be in use for the quarter-final, in what will be a throwback to seasons gone by without its intervention in Scottish football.

I'd start Balikwisha on the left. He obviously isn't a right winger, might as well find out if he can contribute anything on the other side before writing him off.

    Bernardo
    Engles McCowan
    Forrest Shin Tounetki

I’d keep Iheanacho and Maeda for midweek starting.
