Best player on the pitch last Sunday for me. Some have said Scales which I get. Forrest certainly wasn't garbage.

Engels was decent, McCowan scored but other than a bit of energy wouldn't say he added much. I do like he had a strike but for the reason they can go in, as happened. Forrest changed the game.

Nah he definitely wasn't the best player on the pitch. Scales was definitely MOTM for me. And I'm not even that big a fan of his. Tierney was good first half but there were too many under performers in the team. Honestly don't see how he changed the game, it was the same old story after he came on. Idah missed all our best chances could have been 3-0 up when he came on.

Has to start infront of Yang tomorrow. Scary thing is 1) he shouldn't be a starter 2) he probably won't start infront of Yang either.

We moved it up the park quicker, attacked more and far less moves broke down or went backwards.

As a team we were pretty average last week and far too much possession at the back, and recycling. He actually moved us into the final 3rd.

The wee man was good, i think Yang will still get the start though, i didn't think he played bad i think he played it far too safe though always with the recycling and not taking his man on

Another good performance from Jamesy tonight, although should have buried that header.

His weight of pass is sublime.

Apart from that slack pass across our box, he was good. Now go buy him some help.

I was screaming for him to be subbed when the game was clearly won 20 minutes before he did. He’s one of the most important guys for midweek.

The drop in quality when he’s not there is too much, we can’t count on Yang to turn up like tonight.

Him being a starter we’re bringing up derisively but think people are forgetting it’s not due to him as a player, it’s him being quite injury prone even in his prime and 34, and we can’t rely on that all the time all season.

Last season he put Kuhn on the bench, through merit. He’s always turned up for qualifiers, knows what needs done and he’s such an incredibly clever footballer. Can’t believe we risked an extra 15/20 mins out of him, if he limped off injured I’d have burst a blood vessel

Still a classy player, key for us domestically but we need far more for Europe.

He just doesn’t have the same pace for that level, handy to have him as an option off the bench especially for ball retention but he shouldn’t be starting for us really.

He was decent but he should never be our starting winger at this stage. Lost some pace and his game is fairly predictable.

He’s neat and tidy but his goal threat is just about gone.

Three games against Kazakh opposition at Celtic Park, 2 goals, wee man loves a goal at home against Borat FC sides, definitely going on my anytime scorer coupon tonight

He has started the season well overall and your right tonight his experience could be absolutely vital for us.

Its an absolute disgrace that we have not signed a winger and our basically dependent on Forrest. In fairness to Forrest he has started the season well but at this veteran stage of his career he should be an impact sub for us not a vital starter.

Calamity of a performance from him, but at the same time he shouldn't be starting games of this magnitude anymore

Playing like he was out of his prime 4 years.

Commentators mentioned that he hasn't started a European game since 2023.. sums up our recruitment.
