We need a ban on bumping all transfer threads with posts that do not provide evidence of an imminent transfer.

Not to be a kenny crybaby, but im getting * aff seeing threads bumped, having that little spark of hope that SOMETHING of substance is actually happening, to see nothing whatsoever.
