Resigned myself to accepting its going to be late transfer business. Probably after the first CL qualifier tie anyways.

Are we being punished for something we don’t know about?

Something must be happening. Are we actually poor and the board are trying to hide it? Other than sheer incompetence its all it can be.

 

No even been one rumour or half rumour I've been excited about all summer. Utter disgrace something needs to change and fast from the powers that be.

Even if we were skint - which we’re not - it wouldn’t explain this window.

If we were so skint that a £20m+ extra income only allows £3m sales then the situation would be so dire we’d be selling more high value players.

I think it’s gross incompetence or internal fighting that’s causing the issue.

I can imagine Rodgers is being offered cheap players and he’s saying no, and on the other side the board are pressuring Nicholson not to spend money after he spent so much last season.

It’s a mess.

 

Too late mate. They’ve got our money. That’s why the season ticket deadline is before the window opens and the strips come out start of summer. They are * but they aren’t stupid.

 

Can imagine they know he's leaving but still doesn't explain the complacency from the board with transfers or him with tactics.

Just going through the motions won't cut it and even though the huns look *, so did we when ange first came in.

I’m in disbelief at the way we are operating here. I mean, the board has history of being tight, but this is mental.

100 m in the bank, champions league up for grabs and Huns strengthening and yet here we are, we still haven’t replaced Kuhn or Kyogo, madness.

 

What a * amateurish club we are. Scandalous we're in this position, with the easiest qualifying route we could get. Selling folk and not even trying to replace them. I'm not counting offering £1.6m from Breum, as that's embarrassing knowing they told us it was £6m.

And next season will be worse. Think we have at least 2 qualifying rounds for CL. So we the biggest gimme we could in Europe, we're resting on our laurels...the investment will be less the following season.

The board are proud of the money hoarded at AGMs, but wear it like a thorn of nails during transfer windows. Like its a cross to bear. Absolute *. Entitled, elitist *.
