They signed Keane Lewis Potter who's a few months younger than Kuhn for 20 mill..

Didn't have any of the academy pedigree Kuhn had with scoring and poty at Leipzig academy for example. Had no big game experience. Kuhn has done it on the biggest stage, in the knockouts as well. Doesn't have the elite level speed or close feet of Kuhn..

Looks like he's done just about ok..

For what HE CAN produce when on it, he's worth 30 mill in that over inflated market..

Aye I’m fine with him going. Will take effort over talent all day. He turns it on when he wants and that’s just not gonna work for me. You look at Maeda and the effort he puts in…Kuhn has more talent but I would take Maeda every day of the week over him. We get 20 mill, and invest it wisely and it’s been a great bit of business.

 

That’s similar to where I’ve landed with him. Now is the opportune time to punt him. The thing for me, I watched him against RBL, who had let him go saying would never be good enough who he definitely had a grudge with. We went 1-0 down, and by * Kuhn would not allow that to be allowed. He was showing for everything, was direct, terrorising them, worked his hard off and made sure to take over that game.


And every other game when we’re needing someone to stand up, and he can win games himself with his ability, but he hides then. Can’t be arsed to make sure. And that for me, I can’t stand that.

Easy lazy comparison but Jota under Ange? Every game I can remember when he was poor, not quite working, he’d score or assist for a crucial goal. Because he’d * make sure when under pressure or it not going his way, he would make a difference, playing poor or not.


Mostly against Aberdeen thinking bout that for Jota examples

On his day he was sensational for us. His day wasn't often enough tho.

Would take the money for him if it was decent and if he was going to be properly replaced.

Can't sell him, wingers scoring the volume of goals he did on our budget are extremely hard to come by, a double against top opposition in Leipzig and Bayern (aye I'm counting his goal at Celtic Park) too, electric speed, needs to learn how to turn up against the huns more often but a player I'd be very disappointed to see leave

 

His numbers are great but myself like many of you don't see him as a great fit here, be it attitude or desire to play in top 5 league or whatever. He might be the coolest guy on the -planet but I've just never been taken with him and if we could get north of 20mill for him and use that cash to bring in 3 of the wingers we've been linked with this week then I'd go for it.
