    He'll not be long in being offered work. Best thing he could do is get away from that full league. Outwith a few lower end clubs, the league as a whole is a toxic environment. Think Germany, Holland or Portugal .. somewhere like that would be better for him. Too many overpaid, underachievers in England.

    In what world are spurs an 8 to 10 prem club? 3rd highest average gate, with a season ticket waiting list of over 80 thousand and 5th by revenue in the prem, 14th in the world. Hilarious that us, as fans who watch our team win nearly every week, are criticising spurs fans after watching their team lose 22 times and finish 17th.

    We expect to win the league every season (and recently have won it 14 out of 15 seasons) Spurs last won it 65 years ago. European trophies are meaningful for a club like that, random 4th or 6th or 8th league finishes are not.

    Average wage bill is the best predictor of finishing position, and Spurs are currently 7th highest in the league. So not quite 8-10th but not far off. And if anything they overachieved during Postecoglou’s first season, especially with Kane leaving.
