Infractions for Signature Violations

This is quite a lame rule dont you think?


You will just have hundreds of threads by people asking if their signature is of the correct size...

 

Not really, people can check the dimensions and filesizes themselves. Its just as easy logging into this website. If you are incapable of doing this, then dont have a picture signature. Its that simple.

when we had sig comps the sizes were 500 x 200?

and if people had small bandwidths they can turn off sigs

 

The size isnt right and you know it. You claim competence in editing images but you cant get dimension and filesizes to a limit?? I question your skills to edit an image.

These are the rules, you dont like them, go to another website that allows you to have a bigger signature. I suppose thats the reason that people log into TC, to see huge signatures!

 

Nope its 350 x 150 and ~100kb

The rules are 300 x 100 and 50kB

Sig Comp is different to what you have in your profile signature. The competition should have conformed to the website rules if you wanted to use them on TC.

They can but bandwidth is still being munched needlessly by oversized signatures.

Its the rules, its not going to change, just deal with it.

I can resize an image in seconds and to a spec, less than a minute. I'm no genius but this is a simple rule to follow.

 

*? i made the sig the right size, now your winging about 'file limit'. You really are taking it over the top now. i doubt a file size is going to make a difference. Whats all the hubba now, never a problem before until the power went to your head.

 

You still cant read the rules right, your been moaning like a 5 year old since we started enforcing them and I've explained the reasons behind the sig rules. Its not about power going to my head or any of the staff's heads, its about consideration for other users and the server's bandwidth because we all want to be able to get online after a match and give our opinion. You are too selfish to accept that.

Its clearly stated that trolling and flaming staff decisions will result in a ban.

Again the rule is 300 x 100 and a filesize limit 50kB.

yes i agree that im responsible for my account ,but the sig was under the size requested ,so why did i get picked out for that ,and when you pm me earlier you asked me ,if i had 2 pics on my account ,and i hadnt ,i dont see were ive went wrong here at all ,i would hold my hands up if wrong ,but im innocent here

Would it not have been better to give a warning before handing out infractions. I didn't even create my sig!
