  1. Their forums are full of losers.

  2. Who would have thought!

    Spurs pish

    Sack big Ange

  3. Well obviously.

  4. Spurs and Man U jobs are impossible these days imo.

  5. Remember when the huns had convinced themselves that they have a harder run of European fixtures compared to us when *checks notes* Spurs are 11th and Man Utd are 13th...

    Villa are 6th.

  6. Bigger paycheck and challenge yourself at the highest level, brush shoulders with the top managers in the game and all the rest of it. I get it, but STILL. Would it not just have been a nicer life staying at Celtic and trying to build something?

  7. Spurs fans have unrealistic expectations for where they are as a club.

  8. The lure of Man Utd will always be hard to resist, for any manager.
Problem now, on top of everything else going on there, is you´ve got madman Ratcliffe at the helm.
It will most likely end in tears for Ruben Amorim as well.

  9. It's really not good enough TBH. He himself will know that. The EPL being what it is, he might not get the time he needs. Two things give me hope, though. Firstly, there are clear reasons for the situation: everyone can see the injuries and surely Levy can too. Secondly, unlike a lot of EPL managers under that kind of pressure, the big man has not thrown his players under the bus so far. That means that when he does get players back, they should still be willing to play for him.

Personally, I still believe in him; but he needs to be more pragmatic till players come back. What you are building won't mean anything if Levy doesn't give you time to build it.

  10. I do understand he had to take that Spurs opportunity but in hindsight I wonder now if he wishes he stayed here, considering the money going into the squad and the way the UCL is going.

I dare say if he could swap places with Rodgers this morning he would.

  11. He probably would swap places. I wouldn’t swap Rodgers for him however.

  12. I didn't see many aussies maybe they had a blanket ban on all of them

  13. Do they? They are the 8th richest club in the world, they have the 3rd highest attendance in the epl in the best stadium with very expensive ticket prices and the club are a shambles. They have every right to choice their anger.

  14. Yep. They tend to get a bit more time than Spurs managers so he should get a year or 2 anyway. They spend the money all the other big teams do down there but it’s just a * show. Need torn up and starting again from scratch.

  15. And Rodgers would probably take that swap too! :BR1:

They’ve lost their best player when Ange came in and don’t have as good a squad as those above them. They need to build towards it. They finished 5th last season. They’re exactly where they should be.

  16. I don't think Ange thinks like that TBH. I think he wanted to test himself at the highest level and he's getting that now. He won't regret it just because it's hard; he'll be determined to get through it and prove himself at that level.

Me personally, I actually would swap Rodgers for Ange. It's incredibly harsh on Rodgers; but I just like Ange more. It's hard to see it happening, though. I imagine Rodgers would be thrilled to get the Spurs job, so that side of it works; but Ange won't come back here unless and until he has no opportunities available in one of the bigger leagues IMO. He won't give up.

  17. He's all spent a lot of cash on pish too..

    Solanke and Johnston over £110m..

    Werner too, pish..

£35m+ on a project in Archie Gray, where the money could have been spent on established player.

  18. Ange hasn't improved in the epl. He's still using the same brain dead tactics that got us pumped in Europe. Rodgers has actually improved since been away at Leicester. I think he's always been better tactically than Ange anyway. I'd rather look elsewhere than have Ange back.
