    Scored again tonight

  3. He's flying down south, Birmingham fans raving about him, yeah it's league 1 but that's hardly miles below the standard of the SPFL, folk won't want to hear it but physically and defensively he's far more suited to the 6 role than McGregor is, not as if Iwata isn't competent on the ball either, this deal strikes me as Brendan doing his former assistant coach a favor which is just bizarre quite frankly when you consider we have no proper CDM at the club and that Iwata was the closest player to that being his natural position that we had

or, hear me out, he simply wasn't good enough for Celtic.

Players who aren't good enough for us will go and have decent elsewhere at times, what a shock!

SPFL is about the same level as League One.

Iwata was a very limited footballer, but he barely started or got an extended run for us. I do think there was a place for him in Europe though. I can't mind the game he started last year in the CL but I remember him making us look more solid on the pitch before he went off injured in the first half. He was tracking back and winning tackles, something McGregor simply cannot do at that level.

To go into another European campaign without a competent DM in the squad was scandalous.

Unreal technique to score that. Wish we could have found a place for him in the team but don't blame him for wanting more game time. Don't think we ever saw the best of him.

I hope we have a few clauses in his deal.

No idea why he couldn't make it here considering he's turned into prime Zidane.

Who is this imposter, , lol, guy had plenty of times to shoot outside box now he can't stop hitting them from all angles.

Was a shitbag to shoot, quite annoying and laughable. Can't say about BR not using him right he just kept passing the ball when in good spots to hit a shot.

I did like him, but he left so that's it.

Maybe he was instructed not to shoot and look for the pass? That a forward player would then finish the move…..maybe, just maybe he did what he was asked

    That’s coaching, not the player.

He really is having a good season down there, and they're doing pretty well as a whole

Not surprised in the slightest he's doing well down there after a run of games, he never really put a foot wrong for us when called upon, was just never going to get regular games as long as we were persisting with McGregor as our deepest midfielder.

Thought he deserved a wee run of games. Just unfortunate where he played.
