I’m surprised that the Celtic View editor got his facts wrong on the amount of Celtic players who have achieved 500 appearances.
It’s 18 so far not 13 as Paul Cuddihy claims and hopefully by end of season it will be 19 with CalMac nearing that total

You need to reach out to the club in some form, your historical knowledge and sources for the club are brilliant mate. Learnt so much from you over the years on here things I’ve tried to search myself and never been able to find!

Good on them, Forrest especially is completely wasting his time going away and watching inferior players let the team down time and time again.

Taylor is just unlucky he’s got Robertson in front of him, any other Scotland side he’s getting 50 caps minimum.

I can imagine they've decided a certain criteria which is League, Cup, league cup and Europe only. So no Glasgow Cup or coronation Cup etc.

That’s probably correct. I only included Glasgow cup appearances up to late 1980s when it was changed to reserve teams only. Included 1938 exhibition cup and 1953 coronation cup since they included the top teams from England

Taz has a more extensive knowledge of Celtic than me.

    Is Forrest injured?

Taylor picked up a sore one at the end on Sunday

Really suprised he didn't retire from international duty after that shambles during the summer.

Better off not involved while Clark and his negative tactics are there.

I said the same to my brother then when I thought about it, it’s not in the least surprising. It’s why he knocked back moves to stay here as well end of the window in January, he is focused as * on what he cares about. He loves playing for Scotland and us, he will do it until he physically can’t.

Fair enough but getting on a bit and played a lot of games towards end of the season. Giving up his summer rest to not get 1 minute of football must have made him consider it. Especially when the manager very rarely plays wingers

Aw don’t get me wrong mate, I’d rather he did.

I think his attitude wouldn’t let him though, and it’s why I love him. Fair play to him.

Agree, should follow his captain, just better off having a wee breather at his age.
