That Luke Shanley done Rodgers a belter. He didn't see it coming at all, he's usually much more switched on but his see what you did line was a complete giveaway

 

Don’t mind it at all tbh, as long as get an exciting winger option and DM through the door.

Engels, Hatate, McGregor, Bernardo, Holm, McGowan sounds decent for midfield options. Bernardo will surprise a few this season I think, he’ll develop a lot.

 

If Brendan wants him fair enough. But why wait until the last day, surely Dundee wouldn’t be too hard to deal with?

 

No need to rush it earlier. This was always going to be an easy deal to make. We were interested in Bogusz and maybe one or two others. This is one I don’t mind that we took our time on.

 

What a move for him by the way. Done it the hard way up and I wasn't keen but he's been impressive against us, his highlight reels and numbers are impressive and he's homegrown..

Makes sense why he was holding out for so long. Must've kinda known we'd be in for him..

We've probably sent out enquiries to other players/agents over the last week or two that haven't gone anywhere and McCowan is down the list a wee bit, don't mean that as any sort of slight on him I'm happy with him coming in, but there wasn't any need to jump into it if we still had other possibilities we ranked slightly higher.

 

Yep. I reckon he always had Hibs in the palm of his hand and just wanted to wait to see if we would pull the trigger.

Im certain BR prepared him for a move after we played Dundee. Seen him "Thank" mccowan on the pitch. Most likely snuck in a few words
