Desperately needs a loan for his development. I still think he can come good, but he needs a sustained run in a team where he's the main creative force. Coming on in fits and spurts just doesn't suit him at this stage in his career.

 

Dont know, just the way he chucked it against huns tells me he has no substance about him, nae character.

I feel the same. Palma I honestly thought was going to be the real deal for us. His stats are good, but he is weak, leaves the left side exposed and that free kick he gave away in the final moments against them last Christmas when they were launching crosses into the box and he just laughed ended it for me.

 

I think there's something there, but said the same for years about Mikey Johnston too.

Would like to see us loan him out to see how he would develop, but think this one is probably a losing battle.

 

Not a chance i would let Palma go.

Squad depth and fit players helped us win the league last year, whilst sevco imploded.

Injuries pile up in this hammer thrower league. Mj out, and loan for yang on the continent, maybe to a bundesliga 2 side, see how he gets on.

I still Yang has something, hes just really behind on his development as a pro.

 

It’s so frustrating when you watch it back but its used as a stick to beat him with by everyone who doesn’t fancy him. Think folk need to let it go, its just awful defending and body shape from a forward player but it still takes an absolute screamer to score from that angle and Matondo hits row Z 9/10.

 

Unless Tobi Oluwayemi is one of our loan exemptions, and I suspect he just misses out, we have used all our loan slots already.

No doubt about that IMHO. He has had some very brief flashes but Mikey Johnston without a doubt is a better player. Doubt we will see Yang sold in the next few days but I just don't see him ever making it at Celtic.

 

I can't say I saw anything about domestic loans being exempt in FIFA's rules.

Oluwayemi is a club trained player, aged 21. He doesn't count as one of the 6 loan players

 

The loan of a professional will be exempt from the above limitations if:
a) the loan occurs before the end of the season of the former club in which the professional turns 21

His 21st birthday seems to have been 8th of may which is last season, so I don't think he has an exemption.
