A versatile player, Schlupp has played as a left-back, central midfielder, left winger or forward in his career.

That's all of Celtics 4 transfers in one.....just need a CB now

Look at his Wiki and Transfermarkt. Plays pretty much every outfield position. Jack of all trades etc.

Seen him plenty and he's always stood out as bang average. Even for Crystal Palace.

That's what I kinda mean. Probably be ok for spl but he's not the quality we keep hearing about that we need. Plus probably mega wages

Didn't realise he was only 31, played a lot of games for Palace.

I assume he'd be coming in as our LB option if so.

Not seen him play in ages but he used to be very, very quick for Leicester.

Would be a great signing but imagine wages would be an issue. He’s strong & quick plus can play left back or left midfield, ticks a lot of boxes.

Underwhelming is the way I’d put it.

I don’t think he would be a bad signing, but we need signings who improve our starting 11. I don’t think he does that.

What position would we be signing him for? Cm, lw, lb? Or to be a versatile player who can cover all?

It'd 100% be LB who can cover others if needed.

Every squad can use a utility player, but he's just taking the *.

Honestly don’t know what to say with this one.

I think this is a panic deal.

I think it is, but I'm starting to warm up to the idea of taking him.

By all accounts he's still quick, strong and has years of EPL experience. 31 so if he does well we could have LB sorted for years.

100% a Rodgers signing and a bit lazy, but he'd be a massive upgrade on Taylor.
