Even Sean Strickland despises him and called it a * move.

Sean’s political views might be a bit off and he might be missing a few brain cells but he genuinely has a heart of gold.

Only agree with Green there in the 3/1.

Jiri and Do Bronx to win.

Actually took Jiri KO/TKO, Gaethje decision and Pereira KO/TKO. 24/1

All about opinions pal. I think Arman has the beating of Oliveira in every department. Younger, faster, better striker, better wrestler. Gaethje Holloway and the main event should both be cracking fights. Tough to call. I’m leaning Gaethje Hill.

I didn’t like the card until this week. Thought it was quite poor for 300.

But the matchups are really good, except the main event I think Hill has blagged his way to the title and this fight. Big holes in his game.

I think Gaethje being more patient now and Max’s ability to take punishment takes that to the judges.

Hill is a strange one, he lost to Paul Craig a couple of years ago. He looked properly impressive against Glover but at the end of the day Glover is old as *.

Might actually go with you on that one with Pereira

Gathje Max will be wild. Max has pillow fists especially at 155. The only way he wins is decision imo. Can see Gaethje chopping his legs and clocking him a few times but Max is by far the more skilled boxer and it won’t be easy. As you say, Max’s chin combined with his own lack of power could easily see it go all the way.

    Holy *.

Max v Topuria next. Topuria looked terrified.

Unreal performance. But I think they are overdoing him wanting to scrap at the end. Gaethje was * by that time.

Pereira and Hill are miles apart.

Shrugging off Herb Dean and KOing Hill with that celebration is unbelievable.

Paul Craig might be the worst fighter on the feet in the UFC.

I just cant get fussed anymore with UFC. I loved the era of Chuck Lidell, Ortiz, Brock, Mir, GSP, Silva etc etc. There is just no one left like these guys. Im sure there are guys that are as skilled, but i just cant seem to get as entertained as back in the good old days.

The skill is far higher now, like not even comparable for the most part bar your GSP’s.

I agree those days were great. Lots of memories from that era watching with my Dad.

I used to be absolutely hooked on UFC from the early days right up to a few years ago and I've gone off it as well.

I think the product is pretty saturated. Too many events and too many fighters. I find it very tough to keep up as I don't have enough time to dedicate to every event plus prelims, build up, etc. It also means there are few real mega cards anymore as the roster is stretched and there seems to be far more injuries as well.

Also just a lack of star power at the moment. The era you refer to transitioned into the Rousey/McGregor/Jones/DC era which I loved probably even more. Now there just feels little star power to replace those guys.

Still like it but I pick and chose when I dip in.
