    Loved a glass cheque!

Even doing my apprenticeship we kept all the ginger bottles all week for the Friday carryout when we finished :56:

Well, congratulations to city on winning the most expensive cup in history.
How much did that cost you ?
    3, 4 billion?
Sort off takes the shine of your victory when you look at the human rights violations of your owners and the many financial acts of skullduggery conveniently ignored by those in power at the top off UEFA, but well done anyway, you deserve it, if only for the amount of money yous forked out to get it.

Manchester United has spent more than Manchester City over the last five years.

City won’t be the juggernaut it is once Pep * off and they’re back to a tinpot version of him.

Well they've declared they've spent more. Only club in world football to not have players poached for big money... strange that for a club declaring they don't pay that much.

They always sign good guys. Very rarely do you see them signing bad apples. That probably plays a part.

We’ll see what comes of the 115 charges. I reckon more would be being made of it, if they genuinely were staring down the barrel of a gun.

And yet not one club they beat on the way to the Champions League has bleated a word about it, openly or via their go-to journalists.

All the top performing clubs will be doing the same.

I think that’s the problem with a small cohort on this forum. They don’t understand it’s a debate, not an argument :56:

I understand where all the vitriol is coming from but football is now a dirty cess pit and it going to change anytime soon if even if it ever will change so we'll just have to accept it!
The 11 men who played for man city still deserve respect for going out there and winning this trophy along with pep. There still needs that winning mentality to go onto the pitch and earn it which they have done.

I didn't even watch it, was at an all day wedding on Friday which went right through till 12 mid-day on Saturday for us, no sleep and to much drink so slept all rest of the day . I was going to watch it today but For what I heard about the game, I heard it was * so will give it a miss.

So rangers deserved the respect for cheating to 9 in a row while bankrupting and liquidating the club? I'll forever show zero respect for teams like that and city. Those players should not be on the pitch together due to financial cheating.

I agree with you Honda and no, Huns as a club didn't deserve it but the players still need to preform on the pitch.

For what it's worth, i do hope man city get hammered for breaking the rules.

Players were still on the pitch last night and the fans had emptied, would have to drag us out that stadium if we won a champions league.

The * commentators were talking about the terrific atmosphere during the game but failed to mention that, up until city scored, all the noise was coming from the Inter fans. Rich spoilt feckers and, as ML6CFC said, if that had been us we would have been going absolutely tonto and be there all night celebrating.

Idone it when I was 12/13 mate. Going round all the factories looking for 'jingies' for the van. Made a fortune, well, fortune to me.
