PS My sister and her Now Husband had a Rat in their old place and it was an equally cheeky *. I remember hearing the Scampering Sod when staying over !!!

My parents had 5 or 6 get into their house when they were doing renovating in the western isles. Only way my dad could get them was in the live cages, as they were constantly stealing the food from the other traps and dodging them.

They’re really smart wee animals and surprisingly clean and well groomed. Wouldn’t want them in my house but.

Effing estate agents. I was in my flat for 11 days and had to leave cos the neighbour upstairs was a proper * and kept jumping on my head from 10pm to 8am to deliberatly keep me awake. He didn't want anyone below him..I flipping hope a noisy arsed family move in now to wind that * up..

Anyhoo, the * want to take £75 from my deposit for 'cleaning'. Said they cleaned the oven, I never used it! I'm sure they put some dirt down as well. The scam is, they don't take close ups of the floor etc when you move in..so you see the pics and go..cool..that's fine...but when you move out, they take close ups of the scratches etc. that are already there..so keep an eye out for that one lads....get as many close ups as you can when you move in. It's a pain in the * but it will save you from a deposit rip off.

I'm 209 days without a drink and I truly don't miss the hangovers of doom That 03:15 sweaty wake up, pounding chest, dying for two days. As mad as it sounds, sometimes a few beers / drinks can be the best thing for a hangover...hey at least you won't die during the Celtic game..so you got it in at the right time!
