I think they'll score, but we will out score them. Really believe we can do this, Ange makes me believe. If we're all thinking like that then must how they players be feeling? Must feel 10 ft tall listening to Ange. What a time to be a Tim!

It’s a measure of the guy that we’re going into a game against the European Champions, after a very mediocre (at best) few years in Europe, and most of us genuinely believe we can do something.

We’re gonna be relentless. In their face from kick off and not giving them a moment to compose themselves. You’re gonna see CalMac call Modric a shitebag as he turns towards his own goal looking for the safety of his centre back to pass to.

They have no idea what they’re in store for. I had no nerves going into Sunday because I knew what was up. Exact same situation here. We’re not just gonna beat Real Madrid lads, we’re gonna shake up the footballing world.

They will underestimate us. They probably only watched the derby on Saturday. Doesn’t mean they still can’t absolutely pump us which they are well capable off. They win this competition for fun. But I think we can defo give them a scare.

After a long time, I'll be needing sleeping pills tomorrow night. The only way I don't is if it finishes 0-0, which is impossible, knowing Ange.

Could Mooy be a first 11 pick option for some European games?

As sure as big Gerry asking new signings if they're looking forward to European nights at Paradise...

Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior: "Obviously I saw at the weekend that these guys won 4-0 in a big derby, so it is going to be a tough challenge for us.

Obviously it's a very strong team, they run very hard and they are very physical, but we are going to turn up, play our normal game and it's the other team that has to adapt to us. We are not adapting to anyone."

Is it just an accepted truth that Scottish teams must be physical, that that must be their thing? Don't let him hear Ange talk about how many would get let into Disneyland.

I'm working away this week and will be down in Macclesfield for the game. Does anyone happen to know of a good pub to watch the game down there? If not it'll be a few cans in the hotel room with the game on my phone.

It’s Kyogo over GG for me tomorrow. We need that movement Kyogo has. GG a good option off the bench again. Had GG in my team before but thought Kyogo was out.

Kyogo and O’Riley will score tomorrow I feel.

Mooy hasn't the pace to do it on the European stage.

I rate Mooy but this game isn't for him.

It'll be McGregor, Hatate and O'Riley.

I suspect they’ll let us have the ball - we could quite well have more possession by the end of the night. Probably not going to be like when we play Barca and have to concede a substantial amount and just sit in.

O’Riley just the one but Kyogo could get a couple…

Seriously though we should create a good few chances. Leverkusen aren’t Madrid level and also we are better now than then but we should’ve scored a few that night. They will be pretty open and like Leverkusen at CP be pretty ruthless in attack. Can see a bit of a basketball game on the cards.

It’s such a lazy trope that’s just wheeled out every time someone from a good team plays us.

When’s the last time you could say we had a remotely physical team? Probably Neil Lennon first stint 10 years ago with Wanyama, Wilson, Brown, Hooper, Samaras etc.?

These teams don’t even watch us or put in any preparation so we need to use this to our advantage.

Think they’ll defos be taken by surprise about our ball speed and ball boys.

For sure, some of our one touch play and progression from back to front on Saturday was as good as anyone. Reckon we're gonna surprise quite a few across the continent this year.

If you take ‘physical’ for what it really means as opposed to how it’s interpreted here, I don’t think it’s incorrect.

We’re relentless as * and press teams off the park. Physical isn’t necessarily just strength.
