How would you explain UFO's, Abductions, etc.

There have been UFO sightings by multiple witnesses (Thousands at a time) How would you explain that, mass hilusinations, me thinks not.

It's an opinon from a left brain thinker, 'Gimme proof and i'll believe you' attitude. I don't mean to be offensive here, so don't take offence, but I think deep down everyone to a person has an incling that there is a possibility of another life form out there, even on this planet.
