    Much thinner..

He wasn't ready and was unfit for whatever reason earlier in the season..

He never really had a preseason before signing for us, so he was immediately on the back foot.

It will come down to mental strength, but I personally think he’ll come good for us. He’s shown glimpses of what he’s capable of.

We kinda need him to come good : - not only current injuries, but additional players need to bed in, they may rotate due to international duties and they will inevitably be kicked off the pitch from time to time as they are just tooo skillful for most opposition....add in the fixture congestion that is on the way and inevitable to get worse.....once upon a time we had Larsson, Sutton and Hartson all rotating on the pitch, therefore we need Giorgos up and scoring

He’s had enough time now to get up to full fitness and plenty training.Needs to step up and show us what he’s got with Kyogo and Meada away for 3 games.

Luckless Greek striker Giorgos Giakoumakis is fit again after two months out following knee surgery.

Postecoglou is also delighted the SPFL have brought back the five-sub rule through until May.

The Celts boss said: “Giorgos is back in. He’s done all the rehab.

“We gave most players the week off but him and a few others worked right through and he’s all good to go.

“He’s trained really well and he’ll get an opportunity in the games ahead to show what he’s all about.

Ange seems to rate him so that will do for me but he needs to prove his worth big time now

Reckon he’ll start on Monday with Maeda and Abada out wide. Hopefully manages to grab a goal if so, there is a player there I think but this second half of the season could be make or break for him

I'd start him against Alloa. Might never be first choice here but I think he's a player

    Looked so much quicker tonight..

Was blistering when Jota had the ball and he was making the decoy run..

Got in behind and was just off for the Mikey chance..

Held it up well and laid it off nice for one move that opened it right up..

    Liked his impact..

Has consistently shown he can hold the ball up. It's a pity we don't use a 2 striker system. Imagine him drawing off defenders while Maeda readies to blitz in from behind...:35:

I think he will be so important in some games where teams camp in, just having a physical presence we can throw balls into.

I think he's a good option coming off the bench. Have that big black lad at the back for Hibs a tough time physically.

Good hold up play from him.

Looks in great shape now, clearly been working hard.
