Really worried about this one tbh.. Weird how it was our defence we were worried about, goals were coming thick and fast, now its the other way around. For me anyway...

Europe is a bonus this season, and this is a game I'd have expected a point from at best. Just hope we can give a good showing of ourselves tbh!

 

Have a feeling that we will win the game.

 

The one thing missing from the analysis so far is the Ange Effect.

He'll have the players organised and up for it, but will that be enough?

Expecting a decent performance but it will definitely be tough.

 

What about Shaw? Likely to be on the bench?

 

This to me has the least amount disruption to players being out of position and is what I’d choose.

 

Big night for Ajeti to try and prove us wrong. Bagging a couple the other day will boost his confidence but this will be a much harder test with limited chances.

Hopefully Ange has learnt from AZ that we can’t just turn up away in Europe and play the same way we do at home to Dundee and the likes.

 

Why are we always a disaster

 

At least Ange has us playing as a team instead of a group if individuals. If everyone sticks to their tasks and instructions then our style of play shouldn't change much.

 

Honestly just hoping for a reasonable performance. Draw would be a tremendous result given the circumstances.

 

Because that's what we do best. It's the Celtic way - until we get rid of our incompetent board

 

Question - why are some of you preferring Starfelt to Welsh in defence ? I am curious. Starfelt plays defensive midfield for Sweden by the way.

 

No idea. Welsh is the better player in a Celtic shirt.

 

He's played 4 games for Sweden, all in friendlies and all at CB.
