Sammy was more involved than skippy. Cant believe nobody is noticing how poor he has been in all 3 games.

 

it was a friendly,all it shows is we need to up it a fair bit and maybe get more flair in

 

in what respect? he never gave the ball away, looked for a pass and even got forward.
there was no movement for him at all for a pass. cant go forward if no one is open mate

 

OK, what about his effort at the sliding tackle while they were on the break. The guy's heads in the clouds and not on the game IMO. Is there a position on the park for him?

very like a training practice match concetrating on keep-ball. Nothing too bad and nothing too good. We looked solid but lacking in flair before all the substitutions. Dont think anyone played really bad except Ballde but Skippy is off form and Brown is very quiet.

did learn anything new?

I thought Samaras looked like he could be a first pick tonight - played really well and played more central than usual.

McGowan looked the part for what was practically his debut if not actually it??-did a lot better than Sheridan did in the other games.

 

i think the guy chipped it over him tbh if not at least he did a slide tackle.
i think he should get hartley's place, imo we played better when he went off anyway

Hartley never went off. When Donati plays I always feel there's a chance of losing because it feels like the opposition have a man extra im midfield.

 

cant agree. Donati didnt do anything wrong and I though Sammy was excellent but there was very little room to work in. Skippy played poor but was one of our best v Southhampton.

 

mate we need somebody like hartly in our midfield

 

big bobo didnt lose a single header tonight our whole defence should look at that guy and watch how defending in the air is done! how to actualy win a header!

Back to McDonald, * sake folks he hasnt done a single thing in 3 games now. no shots, not running, no holding it up, hes been * woeful and looks fat and slow! last seasons gone to his head I think and strachan needs to boot his *. Hes not made it at this club yet IMO, 1 season doesnt make you Henrik.

Im worried about him, looks un-interested. got the 7 shirt, got the big new contract, the guy looks lazy.

 

i still think caldwells pish, we could do better. although he had good games in the run in

 

my mistake then about hartley i just thought we looked a little more like a football team when he came on

 

never did like mcdonald i think we play better with sammy and jvoh, more passing and moving
