    What about this year?

Dundee United last year would have been a brilliant move.

What are you ‘interested’ in by trawling through his posts to try and back up whatever point you’re attempting to make? Cos it doesn’t make sense at all from where I’m sitting.

Barnsley were reportedly interested in him, too.

I'm no saying I want him to go and play in the worst surface in the top flight, just saying I'm sure he would get game time there. Same as St Mirren who actually play decent ball this year..

Both are either in or joint just out on goal difference just now..

    “Don’t like it up you”:56:

We’ll leave it at that. You’re dragging me down to your level. And that’s a scary prospect.

St Mirren would be an interesting option, what you want to avoid is another Henderson situation. Who I rate higher than Connel.

I think we were hoping he’d progress to a level that he’d be fighting for a place in the team. Others have done it more than him though.

Aye I've sorta realised he's done the same to me, I want to just stick him on ignore but he comes out with dumber takes every time he comes back, mind you he's actually stuck around this time, usually logs off for 4 weeks after one post replies to him.

I hope we loan Henderson out next year rather than sell him, think he could just be a late bloomer like Christie, there's definitely a player in there.

Aye it has to be a good fit. Henderson has really stunted and had high hope's for him..

Robertsonis probably ahead of both now, which shows what a good loan can do..

He was performing well for the reserves regularly. Scoring and assisting a few also..

He has definitely had interest from good club's previously and had credit in the bank from his time in the Championship at Bolton..

    It's strange..

Id advise you do leave it at that, you're making an absolute * of yourself!! (lets see if you can indeed 'leave it at that' or will your battered ego force you into replying to this post :56::56:)

Can’t stick him on ignore. Miss out on too much fun seeing him claim “victory” in any argument he has.

It’s our job to amuse him when he gets his access to electronic devices.

I think - and I hope that I am right - that he just needs to be given a chance, like Soro and Turnbull.

The Club has failed in recent years to bring through a number of players who have been more than ready to contribute to the team, so it is difficult to determine whether the problem is with the Club or the player.

Whatever the case may be, he should have been playing senior football long before now; better late than never, I suppose.

He could be doing that then going to training with the first team, and going into his shell and bricking it. Being pasive as * and not looking worth a place.

Not saying that’s a fact but I think others were showing more, like Robertson who you have mentioned playing against, he got trusted against Cluj infront of Connell. If Connell was showing more at that point, it would have been him.

    Yep..

Just look at Welsh. Isn't as talented as some of the youngster's that have been mentioned but just being a decent enough player and bursting a gut...has improved our defence over Duffy or Bitton..

I have no doubts that Connell, Henderson and some other's could've also been in and impacted us better than say Broony at time's or Henderson off a striker as an impact sub even..

    Never to be seen again..

He can only go play at the level of the clubs that want to take him, would have been great if he got a championship or lower prem team, but obviously wasn't an option.

Still he'll be playing against committed experienced lads and it'll still do him good.

Plus Queens Park is very local and they have big visions and more dough these days than championship teams.

Like I said, might not be on the money about that but guys like Robertson were clearly doing a bit more to be ahead in the pecking order.

Aye we can deffo agree that Robertson is the pick just now mate. Younger, better stature, more pace, can do it both way's..

He has a massive future for us..

I looked at their lineup and they are almost like a Championship side to be fair..

    Bob McHugh
    Peter Grant
    Simon Murray
    Kilday
    Michael Doyle

All established championship player's over year's..
