Don't have enough puke capacity to watch Belgian football besides Celtic.

He's doing well it looks like. Not sure he should be dragged down by our managerial incompetence when he's only just looking like he can carve a career at all.

I feel for Doohan and Robertson too. Yet more collateral damage from the dubious Dubai decision.

We’ve still got plenty levels to drop in a crisis before Jack Hendry is the answer.

    Believe me.

Rodgers thought he's class too and he's managing a club above Aston Villa etc. Not surprised there are other bosses who can't spot a defender :84:

Unpopular opinion, but if we were able to recall him I would.

The leagues gone, Julien is out for months, Duffy is bollocks and not even our own player, and Hendry is impressing in a better league.

Bring him back, throw him in, and see what he can do. Players can absolutely have a * spell at any one club and go on to become very good players.

No fans in the stands moaning and groaning at every loose touch/pass either might help him play with more composure as well.

    with the proper coaching.
We are up * creek at center half, I would be all for recalling him.

Absolute mind numbing how we’ve got to the point of wishing Hendry would come back

Seems to be doing well over there. Fair play to him. Would be better option nowadays than what we currently have. Would have him and Welsh over Bitton and Duffy anyway.

CELTIC are set to make £1.75m as Oostende look to trigger their purchase option on Jack Hendry, according to reports.

The Hoops defender has enjoyed a new lease of life on loan in Belgium with the Juniper League club.

It marks a huge turnaround in fortunes from struggling to make the team at Celtic over the last few seasons.

The centre-back has made 17 league appearances for the club so far and has helped them achieve one of the country's best defensive record.

And according to the Daily Mail, Oostende will now take action to make Hendry's stay a permanent one.

The Belgian side reportedly agreed a purchase option for the stopper as part of their loan deal with Celtic.

And they reportedly now plan to activate it in order to stave off interest from rival clubs on the continent.

That would net Celtic a £1.75million windfall at a time when they are looking at a major rebuild of the squad.

Neil Lennon's men have endured a dismal campaign so far in which their hopes of achieving 10-in-a-row have all but ended.

The manager's long-term future remains uncertain but either way, there could be a major overhaul at Parkhead this summer.
