It's been going on for years. Its incredible hes still there tbh

 

There is zero evidence of our players being coached properly. Whether that is down to the management staff or the players themselves I don't know. Sevco have a clear gameplan that their players understand and are comfortable with and it makes a big difference.

 

We've been all at sea defending crosses in to the box for years now. Towering centre back after towering centre back have come and gone yet we still lose our * when someone throws a cross in the box. Corners and set pieces and whoever sets us up for them needs changing pronto. I'm not sure if that's JK but it needs sorted.

 

I said this in the Lennon thread. I don't see Lennon taking their opinion on board or even talking to him & Kennedy during the game. How can you blame the backroom staff if the manager wants it all done his way.

 

He has lived off this reputation for years and time and time again our defence has been found wanting.
Some might say he isnt the “defensive coach” but if he has been there over the years and cant impart some of his expertise to try and rectify the issues, then questions need to be asked about what his role is.

 

The issues have been present since before Lennon. Deila, Rodgers and now Lennon. 6s and 7s in europe and against anyone that is decent going forward. As soon as a long diagonal was played Boyata was running about like a mad man and gordons running out to fly kick mid air.

Really don't know what he does or is supposed to do but, whatever the * it is, it's certainly not working. I was hoping he would bring big Mjallby back in a coaching role. I doubt he would take any * from the players

 

Beginning to understand why a lot of fans from my home town club didn't like the guy.

 

That was a dull read.

 

No issue with the guy personally, although his appointment was very uninspiring.

Nepotism is a sure fire route to failure though, and I worry his appointment was grounded in it.

 

I still don't understand why Lennon never brought in Garry Parker or Mjallby. He seems to have two guys with not a lot of experience.

 

Worth mentioning that Strachan other son is a scout at the club as well.
Jobs for the boys quite enough

 

Get Mjalby back please for the love of *, pay him anything.
