This feels every bit of the Mowberry season all over. The team look like individuals, constant chopping and changing, show flashes of good football but mainly a bunch of boys looking lost and a coach who doesn’t know how to get the best out them.

In that season it was left too long to change it, the question now is how long do we wait as this isn’t going to get better. There is a group of players performing well below their potential, and they look like individuals not a team all over the park who are not playing for the manager or each other. If Lennon hasn’t lost the dressing room then none of the players at the club are fit to wear the jersey based on ability and we all know that’s not true.

I hope that if he goes he takes the rest with him. We have done terribly under this coaching staff.

I’d currently have 1 eye on who’s available because the decision can come within any 90 minute period now.

I’d also be weighing up whether or not whoever is available can bring the instant bounce required.

Unsure if there is someone who can hit the ground running or whether they’d want to come.

Keane, MON, Lambert all major, major NO NO’s

Thing is, a 1 nil or 2-1 win won't be anywhere near good enough for us, yet it'll most likely confirm him as manager until Christmas at the very least, there's no chance we win by any more than 2 goals when he continues to play Brown and Duffy.

Sack him and Kennedy now, give it to Strachan or someone else for Sunday (and only Sunday) and that gives us two weeks to properly scout a replacement

first Away side hat trick at CP in 37 years.

It’s not like we have an identifiable problem in a specific area. We are absolutely lost, and only got a victory over aberdeen due to our individuals being far greater than there’s, second time around.

    We are *.

I actually don’t believe he’ll be sacked today/tomorrow, and don’t believe he will be either after the Motherwell game.

Attracting a new manager just now will also be a complete nightmare btw. Come to Celtic, turn around the worst form in 30 years, a 9 point deficit in the league and a squad incapable of stringing more than a few passes together......or get to * and never show your face in this city again.

Unfortunately, any new manager coming in will be judged entirely on their ability to win the 10, and we’ve got a mountain of work to get there.

I can't remember us losing 3 home games on a bounce, conceding 9 goals and only scoring 2. He has to go.

We've barely got any coaching staff ffs, that's part of the problem as well.

Or we keep Lennon, fall further behind the huns (and potentially hibs at this point) and lose important players in January who clearly don't want to play under Lennon. I'd easily pick a new manager at this point.

Paul Hartley is doing a good job at Cove, he'd be an upgrade on lennon right now and is much more in line with a signing the board would make for a manager

Edit, this is not something I want just to be

If he walked now, he would be the first person I would welcome back for the 10 celebration.

If he stays though, even a few weeks longer, I worry we won’t see those celebrations. In fact I’m sure of it.

That's how he looks on the bench and post match tonight. Like he's been resigned to being sacked and it's a matter of when, no if..

Agreed on the list below. It's a risk but at this moment in time, it's a bigger risk keeping him on..

Give it to Kennedy? I just shuddered..

There's no way he should be in the dugout on Sunday. If he manages to get a win v Motherwell and we allow him to stay then we'll miss the opportunity to find a replacement during the internationals. After that we'd no doubt go back to dismal performances and dropped points and we'd be going into a run of games without a manager while to try to hire a new one.

Let Kennedy and Strachan sort out the team for this weekend. We've got a couple of weeks now to gauge interest and do interviews. Hopefully by the time international games are over we'll have found a tactically-minded manager with a modern approach to fitness and coaching, and enough experience at a good level to motivate the team.

This is supposed to be a record breaking season for us winning the league, not for a record number of losses at Parkhead. Sorry Neil, but the time is up.

Thanks for everything over the years Lenny, but it’s absolutely unequivocally time to go. Time is up and having him in the dugout come Sunday puts the ten at serious risk.
