Yeah he was angry and defiant....But also delusional. People who want him continue see this as a hope of change. He would have gained more by being honest in his assessment. State we haven't been good enough. Your pressing hard for change. I would personally like to this change manifested on the park. But know this won't happend due to his limitations.

Lennon could lose the next 2 matches and I'll still back him. The Motherwell match is the big one.

The negativity towards him has been an absolute disgrace. Yes, disagree with signings, tactics etc but shouting for him to get sacked whilst 3 points off the top of the League in October is madness.

He's a good manager and will bring us the 10.

You don’t need to to tell me about his deficiencies - I’ve stated them plenty of times on this thread. I want a new manger for next season regardless of what happens this season.

However, I think that he has enough about him to get this league over the line. It might not be pretty but we have the quality on the pitch and he has the experience to do it. I see that interview as him trying to protect a group of players that have won everything and possibly create some siege mentality.

I’d like to see us create a more supportive atmosphere for him the now because we don’t have any other option. Replacing him isn’t a viable option at this exact point in time, in my opinion.

There is no way he can survive 5 games without a win. Lille will take care of itself but a defeat to the sheep in the cup is not going to cut it.

I thought I wanted him to move on until I saw the bookies favourites to replace him. David Moyes, Steve Clarke, John Kennedy then Jack Ross. Ffs, the grass isn't always greener eh, Lenny must stay...

That's mental, those names. As much as I want him to go I genuinely dont know who would replace him which is as depressing as him staying

I see Paddy Power have Larsson in there as well, absolute legend but not what we need right now. They also have Eddie Howe up there, possibly the best choice but I'm not sure how realistic that is.

The same could be said about any bet at the bookies...

but it gives an idea of who is realistically available should Lennon go

Eddie Howe is the kind of manager I would like but it's not happening. Just cant see him coming up here. After him Im struggling for names that would excite me. We definitely need a young vibrant manager and not this Strachan or McCarthy nonsense

I never want Larsson. It breaks my heart enough to read the abuse Lennon gets when things aren’t going well, I would probably go on a mudering spree if Larsson got abuse like that.

There are dozens, if not hundreds, of adequate replacements available worldwide.

The bookies have just thrown together a list of names connected with Celtic or Scottish football; it is meaningless (or it should be). If the board is using Paddy Power to shortlist managerial candidates, we have bigger problems than an incompetent manager.

    Thinking about Laura no doubt.

    I'd rather bang Jasmine though.
