    I think there is a legitimate argument to be had regarding the lack of black football managers within the game at the highest level tbh, don't know the stats but you hardly see any ?

    Would really like to see the stats.

    How many black players and white players who have tried to get into management and have failed.
    We hear a lot of stories saying how black players feel discriminated against because of colour but as of yet i have figures regarding how many have tried and failed.

    Not trivial but annoying. LGBT, BAME etc etc maybe if we stopped labelling and dividing people into groups and just saw each other as human beings it would be a better world?
