    He said about £100k a week, but I don’t know what he’s basing that on. All I know is he pays far more attention to news about his club than I do.

    It would just mean being stuck with 3 high paid keepers, and Forster is the highest paid. Also more likely to shift him if he plays well for us than being 3rd choice for them.

    Now that he's got his confidence back he's the best of the lot of them.

    I'd be surprised, and very happy, if Southampton don't recall him. He could be the difference in them staying up or going down.

    In some senses I hope they go down now and they are forced to offload players.

    We really need to sign him. The difference he makes is huge.
