Zombieland 2 - If you like the first one you’ll be happy with this as well. The wee blonde bimbo in it was tidy but annoying as * so point aff for that. 7/10

    Where'd You Go Bernadette.

"Former architect Bernadette Fox seems to have it all -- a beautiful home in Seattle, a successful and loving husband, and a brilliant teenage daughter who's about to attend boarding school. When Bernadette suddenly disappears without a trace, her concerned family sets off on an exciting adventure to solve the mystery of where she might have gone."

It's based on a novel of the same name. It was great. 8/10.

A true story that is told well and well directed. Won’t give any details but a recommended watch.

It’s just birthday caird pish man. They’re petrified of Pennywise but he never even looks like he’s trying to kill them.:giggle1: Aye the original was far better.

Watched The Irishman again. Tells the Hoffa story in proper Scorsese style.

I get people saying nothing happens if you don’t really know a wee bit of background on Hoffa and the mob but for me it just tells the story so perfectly. A lot of people went in expecting Goodfellas part 2 and it’s not that whatsoever.

The one single gripe I have is when De Niro is leathering the shop owner and the kicks look like they’re from an old woman:giggle1:

It's far more than just about Hoffa though. It's a story about these types of characters. Even as the film repeatedly highlights so many end in blood but what about those few that live to be old men; sad, introspective, honest and even regretful, as much as it is a reflection and very likely a farewell from Scorcese, De Niro, Pesci & Pacino to a genre from which so much of their careers and reputations have been built.
