  4. It's wrapped up under the Christmas tree, it's the shape of a wee digital camera boxed, I'm tempted to gently open it take out the camera and wrap it up again :fear:

    BFL,they are magpies,magpie lark(seemingly no relation to magpies:39:)and the last ones are Australian bin chickens(white Ibis)I think.

  12. Only Blackbirds spotted in my back garden today . It's been very cold overnight , and the frost hasn't lifted in shaded areas . The Blackbirds were eating fallen rowan berries , of which there was a large crop this year .

  14. 54BF0676-1715-475A-A058-727E72169BE5.jpeg One of my very favourite birds. This is a Mountain Wader called a Dotterel. I can’t across this one with several others back in Spring on the Snowdonia Tops on migration.
    Such a good reward after a a long walk up there. I was in the loving company of my late Boxer Jasmine.

    Good news my Camera phone should be okay for my next trip to the Highlands in Jan. so I promise some amazing Wildlife pictures.
