I was the same, was certain huns and if no then one of the prem teams would take a punt. I heard on bbc sportsound the other night the Motherwell manager was on. He was asked something along the lines of "why didn't you try and get him to Motherwell?" And he replied saying "we couldn't afford him," so maybe Motherwell had asked about it.

Nothing from him against Alloa ..

maybe he can do it against against San Marino...?

I think he still has a lot to prove before he could be considered for a top half spl side unless they were taking a wild punt.

Perhaps he knows that himself and has chosen to raise his level without going too far and maybe failing ?

Maybe if he helps get Dundee Utd promoted you could consider him worthy of playing in the top flight. Would he even remain first pick striker if they do get promoted?

    This.!!

There's no way he's good enough for Celtic but would probably do the huns a turn.
Then again... Jack Hendry would be well good enough for the monkeys, probably good enough to replace wee moreloss anaw.

Be interesting to see how many folk completely writing him off as a potential signing have seen enough of him to have that strong an opinion.

    This..

I’ve literally no idea what type of forward he is, only one that scores goals..

We should always be looking to attract the best homegrown talent..

@Marty McFly whats your thoughts, I know you have some Arab mates etc.

    Yep..

I've seen him a number of time's for United and Ayr. As well as St Mirren and Morton before that but won't even count that as he was more pish then..

He's been on the new bbc Scotland channel plenty as well as BT and alba before them. He does score goals but he scuff finishes a lot of them...is quite slow. Isn't really good on the ball. Has ok movement. Won't get much better than he is now..

He's nowhere and I mean nowhere near a Griff type forward. Nowhere near the technique he has and had as a younger lower league player..

I've watched him in a couple of games including the Dundee Derby and immediately thought he was nowhere near good enough for us. Doesn't get on the ball enough and actually sticks out as less technical than those around him.
