Really hope the rumours of Mendy from Leicester are true. Send Eboue out on loan for a year, bring Mendy in for a year and that allows Eboue to properly challenge the year he comes back.

If ndidi and choudury are ahead of Mendy as dm, and then they have tielemans maddison praet all vying for midfield spots and he doesn't get on in league cup, you just never know.

If we get Mendy, Diabate and Melling, then this would be an extremely solid window.

 

We'll have more loans running than the Provi.

 

Bare minimum, a proven left back and centre back.
Ideally, a new creative midfielder and a new ball winning one.

Realistically, we get Taylor for more than he is worth and benkovic on loan.

This, but I reckon we're getting a LB and that'll be our lot. That being the case, I'd like to see Eboue getting some game time. I'm not really basing this on much, but... I think there's a player there and I really hope he gets a chance to prove it.

 

Over subscribed is pushing it mate.. Biton is a midfielder, Elhamed is our right back and Hendry hopefully will never play for us again cause hes *

 

I think it's time we gave up the ghost with eboue. Two and a half years and barely a sniff, another to add to the quantity of "quality" the snake saddled us with.
Besides, pretty sure he's only got a year of his contract left.

 

Why a new creative midfielder? We have Christie, Ntcham and Rogic who play the 10 position very well.

 

Numbers game? We could have 20 Hendrys and 20 Bitons and we still wouldn't have a proper centre half between them. Biton is played there as cover because we wont buy a proper centre half as cover. Hes a midfielder. Hendry is absolutely pish. Elhamed has never played centre half for us and we've been told from day one hes a right back.

Also the jury is still out on the Jullien.
Simo on his day is great but on his off days, christ he makes Hendry look like Baresi..

Personally I think we will be ok but again over subscribed is pushing it mate
